Five-Year Crash and Three-Year Inspection History

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) developed the Pre-Employment Screening Program (PSP) which allows motor carriers and drivers to purchase crash and roadside inspection data contained in its Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS) database.

Data records purchased through the PSP will contain the most recent five years of crash data and three years of roadside inspection. Most data contained in the PSP report is not found in any other single source and may only be used for pre-employment screening purposes.
