EBE has collaborated with HireRight to offer a comprehensive, integrated solution to EBE Clients utilizing its SHIPS Recruiting, On-boarding and Driver Retention solutions. The HireRight integration allows SHIPS users to directly request and receive the full range of background reports for pre and post employment compliance eliminating the need for users to login and enter duplicate information to request reports through the HireRight website. Returned reports are vetted through EBE’s rating engine to validate the drivers’ eligibility relative to the companies’ business rules. Additionally, EBE offers an automated solution to provide termination records to HireRight and a standardized exit interview process and workflow with the intent of retaining qualified drivers.
